Tips on COVID 19 Virus

I have compiled a list of 10 tips to keep us all save and up to speed on the covid 19 virus.

The COVID 19 is characterised by obstructing respiratory system with sick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs.

In order to be able to apply a medicine you have to open and unblock airways so that it can be treated.

Recommendations for what you do to safeguard yourself are –

1. Drink lots of hot liquids coffee soups and Tea, and hot water in addition take a sip of warm water every 20 minutes because this keeps your mouth moist.

2. Wash your mouth out of any of the virus inside your mouth into your stomach with a gastric juices like vinegar, every day if possible.

3. The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes any skin area. Make sure to wash often and must take a bath or shower when you get in from the street avoid sitting down anyway and go straight to the bathroom or shower

4. Wash all surfaces carefully because the virus also can lay dormant on them

5. Dont Smoke

6. Wash your hands every 20 minutes using any soap and water. Do this for 20 seconds and wash your hands thoroughly.

7. Eat fruits and vegetables trying to elevate your health levels.

8. Animals do not spread the virus to people person-to-person transmission only

9. Try to avoid getting the current flu. This just already weakens your system, if you feel any discomfort in your throat or a sore throat coming on try the above methods immediately.

10 .Stay inside and away from contact from other people, the less the virus can spread the sooner we will beat it!
